It is designed to be used in conjunction with the following chart, as each immigration category carries certain restrictions regarding the types of payments that can be made, forms that are required, etc.

** | In order to make non-salary payments to individuals (i.e., travel reimbursement honorarium, etc.), Accounts Payable must have a copy of all immigration documents (I-94 and DS2019, I-797 or I-20 whichever is applicable. However, it should be noted on all Disbursement Voucher ‘s that we are dealing with a Nonresident Alien. |
